Fureai Home Visits Station
The office is located inside Hannan Hospital, as an associated facility. There is a manager and 12 nurses. The satellite home nursing station ‘Fureai’ Hamadera Ishizu opened in April 2015, to provide further community-based support.

- Fureai has been approved to receive additional payment for emergency visiting care. The areas covered for visiting care are the whole city of Sakai and some parts of the surrounding communities with the hospital as its base.

History and origin

In the early 1985, psychiatric home care was launched in line with community home support. The need for visiting care gradually increased and Fureai Home Visits Station was launched in November 2002 in an aim to provide visiting care in an aim to have a separate function from the visiting care provided within the hospital. The name, Fureai, comes from valuing the warmth that is created between people.

2014 performance: Average number of access, 731 patients per month. We have opened up satellite stations to provide wider support to meet patient demand, and by increasing the number of staff, we were able to widen our reach, resulting in a 52.9% increase in patients from 2013.
We are always endeavoring to take time to give attention to patients.
