Healthcare Information System Medical informatics system

The Hannan Hospital has introduced a medical information system, which mainly manages digital medical records, in order to engage in treatment and nursing in a stable environment.

By applying a medical records system, which specializes in psychiatry, we can manage patient information centrally, and the doctors and staff can share necessary information. We aim to increase the time we spend with patients and provide better quality care by efficiently carrying out work while coordinating with one another.
In the interest of security, we have placed access rights according to each occupation and user, and have ensured safety by the use of wired LAN.
Groupware is used for booking facilities and transmitting various information within the Hospital to stimulate communication in the workplace.

Digital Medical Records System
The Digital Medical Records System is the core system based on a packaged system with the characteristic of psychiatry in mind. It operates the Nursing System, which records treatment history when instructed by the doctors, and the Ordering System, which creates the database of prescriptions and various tests and exchanges information between relevant departments.
Telephone Consultation / Rehabilitation Div. System
The Rehabilitation Div. System is used to record the details of telephone consultations that lead to hospital visits or hospitalizations, and the details recorded are used as reference along with medical records for treatment decisions in the case of hospitalization. With the system, the doctor's instructions for rehabilitation and appointment of therapists are coordinated in a timely manner, and the history of the types of care received by the patient is recorded.
Dept. of Psychiatry Accounts System / Medical Accounting System
Both systems are linked to the Digital Medical Records System. The Dept. of Psychiatry Accounts System is used to support the preparation of documents that are to be submitted to the local government at the time of admission and release based on the patient's treatment history. In a similar way, the Medical Accounting System is used for managing accounts such as hospital charges and medical expenses from the data obtained from the digital medical records.
Safety Control System
The Safety Control System is a system independently developed by Hannan Hospital, and is used to manage and record treatment measures (mainly isolation and physical restraint) taken where necessary. As part of the Nursing System, it is used to analyze treatment methods and history to make the length of treatment as short as possible.
ECG System / Lab Testing System
Instructions for ECG and various tests are received from the Ordering System to implement them. The results of the tests are fed back to the digital medical records.
Nutrition Div. System
The Nutrition Div. System is linked to digital medical records (Ordering). As the nutritional management system for patients, it is a division system which maintains the food served in the Hospital and is responsible for comparing / checking the standard nutritional content, managing special diets, managing the quantity of food served, and storing / ordering ingredients.
Dispensing Div. System / Orders Checking System
The Orders Checking System is a management system unique to Hannan Hospital, which is specifically designed to manage medications and injections in order to maintain safety during treatment. Doctors use the system to check the content and properties of medications and injections in order prevent risks that arise from combined administration.
Groupware
Groupware is an in-house LAN for staff, which is used to book meeting rooms and training rooms, and to provide information about training, seminars and events. Regardless of the wards or job categories, it enables any member of staff to readily access information.
