How to book a specialist outpatient consultation

Specialist outpatient consultations (Outpatient Sleep Disorders, Outpatient Paediatric Psychiatry,Outpatient Women, Outpatient Home Visit, Outpatient Oral-pharynx Psychosomatic Disease) are by appointment only. Book a consultation in advance by calling 072-278-0381 (Switchboard).

Medical care is provided in the morning hours to Outpatient Sleep Disorders only. In this case, appointment is not necessary just as with General Outpatient Consultations.

Please note that patients who have an appointment may be contacted on very short notice due to the circumstances of the doctor or the hospital. For this reason, please leave your name and the telephone number on which you can be contacted when booking a consultation.

First-time patients

What you will need to bring
Be sure to bring your insurance certificate and present it to the receptionist on arrival. Should you have any medication you are currently taking, please bring it with you.
Letter of referral
If you have a letter of referral from another medical institution, please present it with your insurance certificate to the receptionist on arrival.

Returning patients

Patients visiting for a follow-up consultation should go to the Follow-up Consultation Desk. Patients visiting the hospital for the first time after discharge from the inpatient ward should also go to the Follow-up Consultation Desk.

Display System

The number allocated to you will be displayed on the Display Panel when it is your turn to see the doctor/nurse.

A set of five numbers is displayed at one time so that you can check the pace of the consultations, your approximate position in the order of patients and whether or not you can settle your payment.

In the outpatient waiting room, there are three monitors which display the order of the consultations, and one monitor which displays the order for the cashiers.

Consultations about receiving medical attention

Medical and Welfare Consultation Room
Consultations are provided on various issues related to anxieties toward or questions about medical care or treatment, financial problems (medical expenses) which may arise from becoming ill, work or school, insurance and welfare.

We accept patients referred to by other medical institutions and also send reports to the referring medical institutions subsequent to the consultation. In particular, we are endeavoring to work closely with local clinics and hospitals so that patients with acute conditions can receive medical care smoothly.
