The Initial Consultation Reception is situated on the right hand side when you enter the front doors of Ward F. |

Please present your insurance certificate (if you have a letter of referral, present it as well). Depending on your condition, you may be interviewed or receive a preliminary examination by a nurse. |

You will be given a number at reception. When your number comes up on the monitor, enter the consultation room. Once your consultation is finished, please receive a file containing your prescription (if medication is required) and admission ticket from your doctor. |

Wait in the lobby with the file you received in the consultation room. When your number comes up, settle your payment at the cashiers. If you have a prescription, receive it at reception and purchase the medication at the specified drugstore. |

Go to the Follow-up Consultation Desk in Ward F |

Insert your consultation ticket into the Follow-up Check-in Machine and take the reception ticket that is produced.
If it is your first consultation of the month, your insurance card will need to be verified at the adjacent Follow-up Reception. If you have a paper consultation ticket and the Follow-up Check-in Machine instructs you to go to Follow-up Reception, please do as instructed. |

When the number on your Reception Ticket you received from the Follow-up Check-in Machine or Follow-up Reception comes up on the monitor, enter the consultation room.
Once your consultation is finished, please receive the file containing your prescription (if medication is required) and Reception Ticket (Consultation Ticket in case of follow-ups) from your doctor. |
