At Hannan Hospital, we are making efforts to work in partnership with relevant institutions such as local doctors' offices, clinics, ordinary hospitals and general hospitals to enable patients suffering from illness and their families can receive medical attention without stress. We believe it is important to create an environment in which patients can receive medical care with a peace of mind.

Work of the Local Healthcare Enterprise Unit

- Take appointments for consultation from medical institutions such as doctors' offices and hospitals.

- Make in-hospital arrangements after accepting appointments for consultation.

- Write letters to referring hospitals after patients receive consultation.

- Create daily and monthly reports of referred patients.

- Dispatch the local public relations magazine.

- Implement outreach programs for relevant institutions.

Consultation System of the Local Healthcare Enterprise Unit

Call from the referring medical institution is taken. Medical records are requested by fax (direct line).The method of response is reported by phone. Please give the medical records to the patient. On the day of consultation, the patient should visit the Initial Consultation Reception with the medical records and insurance certificate, etc. Once the results of the consultation are obtained, a report of the consultation is sent out by post.  If the patient is hospitalized, a hospital release report will be sent out by post when the patient is released.
