Take Sakai-Semboku Toll Road from Hanshin Expressway No. 4 Wangan Route, take the first exit (Taiheiji exit) after the tollgate, and keep the left lane.
Turn left at the first intersection (Hirai Ohashi).
Turn right at the next intersection (Daikokubashi).
Drive along the road. Turn left at the third traffic signal on the road to get to Hannan Hospital.

Take the Matsubara Interchange (IC) for Wakayama on the Hanwa Expressway. Drive approximately 2 km after passing the Sakai tollgate.
Take the Sakai exit (do not to take Semboku Toll Road for Otsu).
Turn right at the intersection of the Sakai Interchange (IC).
Take Semboku Route 2 to the north from Sakai IC.
Turn right at the second intersection (Daikokubashi).
Drive along the road. Turn left at the third traffic signal on the road to get to Hannan Hospital.
